Account Manager

Job Summary

H2O2 WATER is looking for an Account Manager(s) to join our team in various Ontario areas serving the Agriculture Market. The Account Manager will be responsible for the management and development of customer accounts to achieve year-over-year sales growth. The Account Manager will also be responsible for developing new customers into active, buying accounts. This position will report to the National Director.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Become knowledgeable about H2O2 WATER’s robust product portfolio, along with our value-added services and capabilities.
  • Identify new prospective customers, lead generation and conversion in multiple industries.
  • Contact new and existing customer to discuss product requirements and identify area of opportunities.
  • Respond to customer and prospect requests for price quotes, technical information, quality issues, and other customer requirements.
  • Prepare presentations.
  • Work closely with the installation teams to ensure that the customer needs are met in an efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with Manager and other departments to assist in the sales process.
  • Develop contacts within each account to obtain a broad understanding of their business.
  • Populate CRM with customer and lead information.
  • Receive and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Participate in product training, manufacturer meetings and team events.
  • Participate in Trade and Farm Shows and other sales activities as required.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred; or, equivalent education and experience.
  • Understanding of the Agriculture Market.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside/outside sales, preferably in a similar or related industry.
  • Good computer skills including MS Office; ERP and CRM experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influence skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, good time management and initiative, able to work fast paced environment.
